Imagine going out in the woods to investigate a sighting and hitting the jackpot! That's what happened to Scott...

"I was following up a sighting of an apelike creature seen by two boys. One boy's father and I trudged up a densely vegetated and steeply sloped hill, armed with video cameras. After about two hours we came upon an animal. All we could make out were its big, brown eyes and bits of light reflecting off the face. Its head was swaying slowly and its eyes locked on ours and never broke away. After ten minutes of videotaping we began to walk toward it. Almost immediately the animal's eyes gave off an intense red glow. Back at the house we watched the video the boy's father shot shortly after seeing the eyes glow—we noticed a huge mountain gorilla—type arm hanging out the side of a bush. There was also what appeared to be a head to the left of the arm. It was easily the strangest thing I've ever experienced."
