A man in Scotland has spotted what he believes to be a "definite spacecraft" hovering in the night sky as he drove home from a friend's house last month.

In the video, a series of bright red lights are seen flashing before it suddenly goes dark again.
And the man who captured the bizarre UFO is convinced it is evidence of alien life on Earth.
John Macdonald told The Courier: "It's definitely a spacecraft of some sort.
"I don't know whether I frightened it or not with the flash of the camera because in the beat of a heart it was gone."
