In footage recorded in the remote area of Madjdanek, Lublin, Poland in April 2016, a strange circular object slowly flies towards a wind turbine.
The rotors, which were turning, suddenly come to a complete standstill as the object nears, and then begin rotating again after the object travels past.
Was this UFO exploring this wind farm and stop the turbines? Or did the wind just stop blowing? You be the judge.
