Patterson/Gimlin Bigfoot Film Exposed As A Hoax?
People involved in producing the world's most famous Bigfoot footage have admitted it was a hoax and the "Bigfoot" is actually a man in a suit. The footage was taken nearly 50 years ago and is among a small number of film clips that have been burned into the world's collective conscious.
From News Room America: The footage these motion pictures present capture once-in-a-lifetime events and have been viewed repeatedly, millions of times, leaving an indelible cultural impact across the globe.
Lasting only seconds on the screen but a lifetime in our minds, these snippets of footage include:
President Kennedy's assassination – Zapruder's famous 27-second film Loch Ness Monster – "Nessie", as the mythical best is known, swims majestically across the famed loch Hindenburg airship crashing from the sky in flames in 1937 newsreel film Challenger Space Shuttle disaster shown live on CNN First man on the moon by Apollo 11 crew from 1969 Bigfoot Creature – Patterson/Gimlin footage of the mysterious beast as it lumbers along a northern California river bank
All of these films have created lasting images of historical events, and have been accepted by generations past and present as proof-positive of their occurrence.
While the authenticity of each of these famous film moments has been debated, never have any of these films conclusively been proven fake. That is until now.
A radio broadcast "Hoax of the Century" (online at http://www.searchingforbigfoot.com/bigfoot-sightings-show.htm) finally puts the nearly 50-year hoax to rest.
Renowned Bigfoot researcher Tom Biscardi presents testimony from those involved in staging the film, providing decisive evidence that the footage was not of some unexplained and mysterious natural being, but of a man in a suit.
Mr Biscardi says the radio program irrefutably proves that the Patterson/Gimlin film was perpetrated upon the public as a hoax for monetary benefit.
While the authenticity of the Patterson/Gimlin footage has been debated before, and most believe in its validity, the people involved have confessed it was a hoax including Bob Heironimus who wore the suit and Philip Morris, the man that sold the suit to Patterson.

Really? Then why does the subject have bouncing breasts? Why does it have a scar on it's front right leg? Why can you see muscles moving throughout the body? Also every real scientist that has annualized the footage in the past 50 years has either refused to answer or say that it is real. Oh for one last thing, I don't think Bob Heironimus can drop is elbow 2 inches and a wrist thats 4-5 inches lower than his, also his knees don't match up with the subject either. I personally have spent hours with this film and follow people who have spent just the same amount of time if not longer and everyone who actually watches the thing says that it is real. Why take people's words and throw out the actual footage?
ReplyDeleteInteresting observations-thank you for pointing them out. It seems strange that a well-planned, well-equipped expedition would, after encountering the object of said expedition would film for 30 seconds, then say "Okay, we got what we need, let's call it good and go home." Just asking.
DeleteShow me the body!!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing how gullible people are! No one has produced a dead body of this creature. Are they immortal? How about a bone? With all the people tramping through the woods no one has shot one. Even though they would be rich and famous. What's next finding unicorns?

There are many reasons why Bigfoot is a hoax. First, let's start with the fact that "bigfoot" is just ANOTHER Native American mythical creature; they have many, like the Phoenix. There are literally hundreds of folkloric creatures Indians believed in-- no evidence has ever been found. Also, Bigfoot is commonly seen in areas that also have bears, and bears are known to walk on their hind legs when foraging. How come with all the supposed footprints, not ONE piece of Bigfoot DNA has ever been found, not a hair, bone, ANYTHING. How come with drone technology, trail cameras, no credible, clear footage has ever been filmed. Also, any animal with soft-soled feet has to have a den for cold weather. No "Bigfoot" den has ever been found. It's a bunch of B.S. People like lying for attention or the rise they get out of people. Notice it's never a group of people who see Bigfoot, it's always one or two people. There are plenty of people who hike in large groups, yet there's no reports from such hiking grous.
