"It was about 7:30 p.m. and I was driving home. I guess I was looking everywhere except where I should have been, when up ahead I noticed something sticking out from the side of the road. As I got closer I got a good look—and saw it was this hairy creature. It was looking at something real intently in the ditch like it was about to pounce. It was at that point that our eyes met and we just stared at each other for a while. I was scared, excited—just flabbergasted. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It put me in shock—I think I just sat there, for the longest time when I got home. I didn't say anything to anyone for two days."
